Our policy is for 30 days. After the 30 day period, no returns, exchanges or refunds can be made.
The coffee can be exchanged within 30 days of its purchase on the online store, if there is a valid reason for wanting to exchange the product (eg: breakage of the packaging which may alter the product). Accessories and other products must be in their original packaging and must not have been used.
